Emotional Freedom Community

This is a Private Group where no posts, likes, etc will be shown outside of this group.

This is a Safe Space and a FULLY CONFIDENTIAL space for us to form a Community of support and sharing with each other.

From my personal experience and that of my clients, I have seen that healing happens in many different settings:

1:1 witnessing and holding space for each other,

the therapeutic setting where I can model what it looks and feels like to be seen and heard and understood,

role play to help us all practice,

a daily Self & Parts practice,

and in a group or community setting.

Emotional pain started in relationship...

It resonates that it also heals in relationship...

In relationship of Self with Parts,

In relationship of Self with Higher Self/Nature/Universal Energy/God,

In relationship with Loved Ones,

In relationship with Community.

So to build that Community of Safety and Trust, let us all vow now to keep everything confidential in this group. No screen recording, no copy and paste, no even saying so-and-so is in the group, etc.

And, of course, kindness always. If someone says something that you have a reaction to, remember! that is a Trailhead for you to do the U-Turn of your attention inward and see:

what inner Part of you is being pinged and why?

what unmet need is there beneath that emotional surge?

what does that Part need?

what job is it doing for you?

what is it scared would happen if it didn't do its job?

Let's all Shine Our Light of our true Self-Energy Core-Essence into the shadows of those hardworking inner Parts that sacrificed their original fun roles just trying to keep us "safe" with survival strategies.
